Rest Fish for Thought is a short film about Chilika and the fishing industry from Bhalu's perspective.Bhalu is a seafood wholeseller residing in the village of Balabhadrapur , Satpada.The film outlines the extarnal factors,primarily,the conflicts between villages which effect teh fishing business and livelihoods.
